ibath is a State-of-the-art footbath that incorporates our iSoftware. Managed through the colour touchscreen the ibath can be used to alter the rate of chemicals simply from the touch of a button. It can also be used to monitor cow passes and settings can be made to adjust to each individual farm requirements. Optimum for a refill cycle is every 150-200 cows.

The iBath can be supplied in any length, width and depth and is all custom manufactured in the United Kingdom by our company.
We have different size baths available, all bespoke and made to fit. Heres a guide to give you an idea on what you would require:
Standard iBath
This iBath measures up to 3 metres in length and 60cm in width. These baths can be made smaller for certain farms where there may be less space. Side sheets optional.
Super iBath
This iBath is the longest we provide and measures 3.7 metres in total. Having an ibath this long ensures that the hoof achieves at least 3 dips. This ibath is aimed at the larger farm. Side sheets optional.
Robot iBath
These iBaths are usually smaller and can be manufactured in as little as 1.5 metres in length.
Custom iBath
We can manufacture an iBath to any length, width and depth depending on the farm requirement.
All iBaths are fitted with a hard wearing 25mm rubber mat which ensures no cow slippage and ensures comfort for the cow when walking in the iBath.
The iBath comes optional with one or two pumps to allow the farm to alternate two different chemical solutions if required. Depending on which chemical is chosen to be used you can program the iSoftware to dose as little as 1% and activate the shock application for a certain time if an outbreak occurs.
Each iBath is bespoke to each farm and range from specific baths to suit robotic milking systems and baths up to 3.7metres long.
iBath can be customised to be made any width, length and depth. Our standard length is 3.7 metres and is 60cm wide and 15cm deep which includes a 25mm kraiburg matting to ensure cowflow and cow comfort.
COW COUNTING & AUTO REPLENISH FEATURES
The iBath counts the number of cows that walk through the bath and will replenish the water and solution to the farms pre-set adjustment on the iSoftware.
SAFE ANTI-SLIP FLOORING
The floor of the bath is installed with a thick anti slip hard wearing rubber mat to ensure safe cow flow.
FAST AUTOMATIC REFILL & UNIQUE WASH DOWN SYSTEM
Refilling of the bath is carried out through multiple flood valves located in the iBath and can easily be refilled in less than 3 minutes. A unique wash down system ensures all matter is removed from the bath in between each refill cycle.
MANUAL WASH DOWN FEATURE
Another unique feature is the iBaths manual wash cycle that can be done once milking is finished. This feature sprays and floods the bath for additional time to ensure the bath is immaculately clean before the start of the next milking.
iBATH CONCENTRATE – FORMALIN FREE
The iBath uses the iBath concentrate product which is a powerful blend of hoof biocides and hoof treatment products. This product is formalin free and can be used at a low rate of 1%, meaning a safer working environment and cost savings.
